Blue Phi Property Community Involvement
Community service and giving back to the community is a foundational principles of Blue Phi Property, LLC. Woven into its mission statement is the challenge "to provide services that will meet the needs of the community." Blue Phi Property's community support is reflected in its partners' various community activities. Blue Phi Property's partners have volunteered at the St. James Episcopal Church (Baltimore) food pantry, distributing food items to elderly and less fortunate people. They have participated in community clean-up projects, including the Edmondson Village community in conjunction with the Hugs Do not Shoot and Housewives of Baltimore organizations. Independently, Blue Phi Property partners regularly conduct clean-up efforts in the blocks where they purchase and sell their properties.
Their philanthropic efforts during the holiday period have included presenting monetary and gift donations to unprivileged Baltimore families in partnership with the Cherry Hill Alumni Initiative, Inc. A financial donation was gifted to the Baltimore Outreach Service (BOS) organization, which provides emergency shelter, educational assistance, and employment opportunities to women. They have continued charitable support of the BOS by purchasing tickets to their 2022 Gala fundraiser.
Blue Phi Property, Inc. partners will continue their challenging work in the community individually and collectively, impacting lives and making a difference.
"At the end of the day, it is not about what you have or even what you have accomplished… it is about whom you have lifted, whom you have made better. It is about what you have given back." Denzel Washington
